Place all of the mpq files into the Data\ folder. Replace "SCD.ini" with "SCD-all.ini" (Delete SCD.ini and rename SCD-all.ini.) If you have made any changes to SCD.ini, then copy the first section of SCD-all.ini into SCD.ini.
